Additional costs / further rules /further important information
-Children up to the age of 7 stay with us for free. Please book for all persons older than 7 years, and just let us know about the little guests. Please note, however, that the maximum occupancy rates including children are entered. If there are four of you (including children) talk to us.
- Animals stay with us for €20 per stay.
- We are happy to offer you a package with bed linen and towels for an additional cost of €6 per person per stay. The costs are already included in the price. If you bring your own bed linen, the bill will be reduced. We do not charge any bed linen fees for children under 7 years of age, and accordingly none will be reimbursed. Please let us know before arrival whether you will bring your own bed linen.
- There is a 50 Mbit / s internet connection throughout the accommodation. Free Wi-Fi is available for all devices
- The accommodations in Stolberg are at the foot of the Schlossberg, which means you have a beautiful view of Stollberg Castle (https://www.denkmalschutz.de/denkmal/Schloss-Harz.html), both from the apartment and from the courtyard. In Zorge our house is located directly under the Zorge bell tower, and you can see the mountains directly from the windows.
- If required, there is an extra bed, a high chair and a travel cot for you free of charge. Our housekeeper in Stolberg has an electric grill available to borrow.
- Arrival in Stolberg: from 3 p.m., departure by 11 a.m.
-Arrival in Zorge: from 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.
- Smoking is prohibited in all apartments.
- Dogs are welcome for a fee of 20 euros per stay.
-The quiet times are from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m.

*** Parties are not permitted in Stolberg because other apartments in the house are occupied by guests. In Zorge when an apartment is occupied, parties are also not permitted. When booking the whole house in Zorge, the parties are permitted, but please pay attention to the house furnishings and the villagers.
*** In Stolberg no open fire is allowed (also no barbecue or fireworks) as there are 320 half-timbered houses in our city that are protected by the UNESCO World Heritage.
