A few more important topics that you acknowledge by booking:
-The cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival and 100% of the total price will not be charged. You have to register the cancellation with an email. We will send you a confirmation and, if necessary, reimburse you 100% of the fee paid.
-If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before arrival, you will get 70% of the total price back. Even if it has not yet been paid in full, 30% of the total price will be charged.
-If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total price, excluding the cleaning and linen fee, is due.
-Damaged furnishings and damage in the apartments and in the houses must be reported immediately by means of a message and pictures. The replacement costs will be invoiced. We are always available to answer any questions you may have.
